Frequently asked questions
  • Premium  and Pro give you priority access to our team with return visits after plows and dig out for work service included. With Premium you also get salt worked into your price. Standard you get the basic driveway clearing with no extras.

  • We accept various forms of payment, including PayPal, e-transfer and most major credit cards.

     
  • We are reliable, communicative and use low-impact snow removal techniques to protect your driveway.

  • We operate 24 hours a day. We start at 2 inches (5 CM) snowfall once the snow has stopped. If it snows overnight as a rule of thumb, North Snow Pro will start in the early morning. If the city is plowing all the residential streets over night we will work to dig you out for work the next day. 

  • Snow Blowing contracts start Nov 1 and end on April 1. 

  • We clear snow accumulation over  2 inches (5 CM) that occurs between Nov 1 and April 1. On multi-day snow storms where we clear your driveway once a day we will come back to reclear a second time, where possible.
  • Our team stay in touch via text notifications prior to and following service, so you're always in the loop on the status of your driveway being cleared.
